Family Planning
Family Planning is a program for
female residents age 13-50, of the County, seeking a form of birth
control or requesting a pap smear who do not have a form of
insurance that covers this service. A nurse practitioner
visits the Health Center and performs pap smears, breast exams, and
prescribes birth control methods for each client. Each client
wishing to participate in the program must have an appointment with
the nurse practitioner (all appointments are scheduled with a
nurse).
